Create Personal Rituals
The Art of Intentionality
Design meaningful ceremonies that help you let go of what no longer serves you and invite what you need to grow.
Release & Renew
Rituals follow a natural rhythm: letting go of the old before inviting in the new.

The first phase is about identification and letting go. Ask yourself: What do I need to release? It could be a feeling, a limiting belief, a memory, or anything holding you back from growth.
Create a symbolic act of release—burn something, let water carry it away, exhale it into the wind, or bury it in the earth. The key is to do it mindfully, with intention.
Renew
Once you've created that open space, the second phase is about filling it with new intention— planting a seed for growth. Ask: What do I need to invite or affirm in my life?
Design a symbolic act of renewal: light a candle for hope, speak a commitment aloud, sip water symbolizing healing, or plant a seed as a pledge to nurture something over time.
Work with the Elements
Each element offers unique ways to release and renew.
Fire Rituals
Harness the transformative power of flame for purification and passionate intention-setting.
Water Rituals
Flow with water's cleansing energy to release emotions and invite healing.
Earth Rituals
Ground yourself in earth's stability to plant seeds of intention and nurture growth.
Air Rituals
Clear stagnant energy with breath and wind to invite fresh perspectives and new ideas.
Start with a Full Moon Ritual
The full moon offers a powerful opportunity to release old burdens and open ourselves to new opportunities.
The Full Moons of 2026
Each full moon offers a sacred pause—a moment to reflect on what you're ready to release and what new intentions you wish to welcome. In 2026, the lunar calendar gifts us thirteen opportunities for transformation, including a rare Blue Moon in May.
January 3 — Wolf Moon
The year opens with the Wolf Moon, a time of deep intuition and inner knowing. As wolves howl across frozen landscapes, we're called to honor our instincts and release fears that kept us small in the previous year.
February 1 — Snow Moon
Beneath the quiet blanket of winter, the Snow Moon invites stillness. This is a moon for releasing old mental patterns and creating space for the seeds of intention you'll soon plant.
March 3 — Worm Moon
As the earth begins to thaw and worms turn the soil, the Worm Moon signals awakening. Release what has grown stagnant and prepare yourself for the growth that spring promises.
April 2 — Pink Moon
Named for the first spring wildflowers, the Pink Moon celebrates renewal and tender new beginnings. This is a powerful time to release self-doubt and embrace fresh starts with an open heart.
May 1 — Flower Moon
The Flower Moon arrives in full bloom, radiating abundance and creative energy. Release scarcity thinking and open yourself to the prosperity that surrounds you.
May 31 — Blue Moon
A rare gift—the second full moon of May. Blue Moons amplify intentions and offer potent opportunities for deeper release. Use this unexpected lunar moment for the transformations you've been hesitant to make.
June 30 — Strawberry Moon
Sweet and abundant, the Strawberry Moon invites gratitude. Release resentments and gather the simple joys of the season. This moon reminds us that life's sweetest gifts often come in small packages.
July 29 — Buck Moon
As deer grow new antlers, the Buck Moon speaks to strength and personal growth. Release limitations you've placed on yourself and step boldly into your power.
August 28 — Sturgeon Moon
Named for the great fish of late summer, the Sturgeon Moon connects us to abundance and sustenance. Release anxieties about the future and trust that you have everything you need.
September 26 — Harvest Moon
The Harvest Moon rises close to the autumn equinox, illuminating the fruits of your labor. Release what didn't come to fruition without judgment, and celebrate what you've cultivated throughout the year.
October 26 — Hunter's Moon
As the veil between worlds grows thin, the Hunter's Moon sharpens focus and intention. Release distractions and pursue your goals with clarity and purpose.
November 24 — Beaver Moon
The Beaver Moon calls us to prepare, to build our inner reserves before winter's arrival. Release procrastination and tend to the foundations of your life.
December 24 — Cold Moon
The year closes with the Cold Moon on a sacred eve. In the longest nights, release the year's burdens and embrace the stillness. This moon invites deep rest and quiet hope for the cycle to come.
Let these luminous nights guide your ritual practice throughout the year.
